Amir Eid
Managing Partner Performance and Fitness Lead
For the past 10 years, Amir has been building Miami Fitness Factory (MFF) into Lebanon's leading sports performance academy.
As Founder and Managing Director, he has grown MFF to 3 facilities across the country, training hundreds of clients and certifying coaches who elevate the fitness industry throughout the region. Amir is currently a PhD candidate in Strength and Conditioning at the University of St Mary’s Twickenham - London.
Charbel Najm
Managing Partner Rewards and Sponsorships Lead
Charbel has over 12 years of experience in driving revenue growth and leading successful sales teams.
He worked in the Saudi market, leading several companies in their growth, and joined Move Now as a partner during its founding stage. Charbel is a graduate of the University of Saint Joseph with a degree in Business Management.
Jihad Achkar
Managing Partner Business Development & Operations Lead
Jihad has more than 15 years of experience in the finance and insurance industry. He worked in the insurance market in Saudi Arabia and Joined Move Now as a partner in its founding stage.
Jihad is a graduate of the University of Holy Spirit of Kaslik with a degree in Business emphasis Audit. Certifications include CMA, CII and IFCE.
Anthony Eid
Managing Partner Product Lead
Anthony has more than 15 years of experience in the tech and software industry, building and shipping products from 0 to 1. He worked in the Middle East and EU big tech markets and joined Move Now as a partner in its founding stage.
Anthony is a graduate of the American University of Beirut with a degree in Computer Engineering.

Joe brings over 19 years of expertise in the Insurance and Reinsurance industry, having successfully led teams across Underwriting, Claims, Sales, and Business Development. His professional journey spans key markets in the GCC, Levant, and India, where he has built a strong reputation for driving growth and delivering results by creating innovative products and solutions for clients.
Joe holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School – Paris, complemented by professional certifications from CII and CUS, reflecting his commitment to excellence and continuous development.
